Return & Refund Policy


Items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund. If you’ve used more than half or all of your product, you’re not eligible for a refund or return.

To initiate a return, please send customer support team an email at sales@chinookcbd.com with the subject “Return Request” and your order number. We’ll send you an address to send the products back to.

  • You may cancel an order prior to shipment for full refund
  • Product must be returned to receive a refund
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive your return, refund will be issued in 3 business day
